Murcia Airport Map: Above is a location map for Murcia (San Javier) Airport on the Costa Calida, Spain. It is easily accessed from the N332 coast road and from the AP-7 motorway. Although it is known as Murcia airport it is actually located some distance away from the city of Murcia but is the ideal arrival point for resorts along the Mar Menor and Orihuela Costa and also for the city of Cartagena.
Murcia airport is the main arrival point for visitors to the Costa Calida and southern Costa Blanca (especially the Orihuela Costa area), it has good road links with the N-332 and AP-7 motorway running alongside the airport. A new airport for Murcia is currently being built and is scheduled to be ready in 2010.
