Latest listing in the 'property for sale by owner' section is a south-facing 3 bedroom townhouse in El Mojon, near to Pilar de la Horadada, this fine El Mojon property is offered fully furnished, we also recently added a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in Playa Flamenca, offered for sale in the Macarena 2 complex in the area of Las Chismosas. This Playa Flamenca apartment is on offer for 105,000 euros. Before this we added a refurbished 2nd floor apartment in the historic old quarter of Jijona (xixona), to the north of Alicante, this Jijona property is offered for sale by the owners for 78,000 euros, we also added a 3 bedroom detached villa, with a seperate Casita, near to the town of Sax on the Costa Blanca. We also added a detached Petrer property, again offered for sale by the owner.

For those visiting Andalucia, we have added a page for the historic town of Carmona, we also added a map and weather for this town. The situation with the Spanish property market is in a state of flux at the moment with prices in many areas stagnant or falling. To reflect these changes, we at Needahand Spanish Properties are adapting to suit the market conditions. While our website was previously mostly aimed at the Costa Blanca property market, taking in areas of the Costa Calida and Costa del Azahar, we are now expanding to include the whole of Spain including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. What has enabled us to do this is the success of our 'Spanish Property for Sale by Owner' and 'Spanish Property for Rent by Owner' sections. We will be promoting these to encourage owners all over Spain to advertise their properties with us. Obviously we cannot offer agent, and property management services in most of these areas as we are still based in the Costa Blanca, but we will be continuing with our existing services on the Orihulea Costa and Torrevieja areas, and we continue to offer a great range of rentals and holidays in these areas.

We are now able to offer properties, at great value prices from all over Spain, together with our usual bargains on the Costa Blanca property scene, an area which is a real buyers market at the moment.
