The situation with the Spanish property market is in a state of flux at the moment with prices in many areas stagnant or falling. To reflect these changes, we at Needahand Spanish Properties are adapting to suit the market conditions. While our website was previously mostly aimed at the Costa Blanca property market, taking in areas of the Costa Calida and Costa del Azahar, we are now expanding to include the whole of Spain including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
