The Port and Harbour of Javea Spain

Javea Port - One of the most popular spots in the lovely coastal town of Javea is the port and harbour area. Home of the Club Nautico de Javea, the port is adjacent to the Cap San Antonio and has moorings for 352 craft. The Club Nautico de Javea has some fine facilities and also a light sailing school.

The history of the port dates back to the 15th Century and it was once an important shipping harbour for the export of raisins, a major product in the region up to the end of the 19th Century.

Javea port has a good range of bars and restaurants, a fish market, shops, galleries and a cinema.
