Situated beside Ciutadella on Menorca's north-west coast, the popular resort of Cala n Blanes is joined to the areas called Cala n Forcat and Los Delfines, making one large resort, perhaps the biggest on the island. Cala n Blanes has a reasonable beach, though the surrounding coastline is fairly rugged, with numerous small beaches and rocky coves, it has a couple of hotels and a good choice of self-catering holiday accommodation, nightlife is lively but not frantic. Cal n Blanes is located about 4 kilometres from Ciutadella amd 50 kilometres from the capital Mahon.
