This lovely villa is located in the most exclusive, tranquil neighborhood in Javea, called Castellans. It is within five minutes walking distance from the old town and five minutes by car from the Port, the Arenal beach and the Montgo national park. The villa comes fully furnished and the use of a car (VW Polo) is possible. I am the owner of this villa and car, and am renting it for a full year (available as of August 1, 2008). Rentals of villa of this type in Javea run €800-1200/week depending on the season (averaging € 4000/month). I am asking for a 12-month commitment at €2900/month and only those able to make such a commitment need apply. Renewal at the end of the year would be possible. The property has a leafy garden with a 24-foot (8 metre) pool and two large terraces.
