In a typical 19th century apartment house, beautifully located, we are renting our appartement (110 m2) on the fifth floor (elevator). It has a stunning view over the harbour and the mediterranean sea.
It is stylishly furnished and sleeps up to four people. The living room has a generous flair with a balcony, grand piano,Flat-Screen-TV, DVD Player, Bang & Olufsen Stereo, free Internet access and a convertible fort two people with a "paravent".
The bedroom has a doublebed with canopy. Big bathroom, shower and tub, seperate WC. Cozy kitchen with large stove, washing machine and dishwasher. Parking lot nearby and free. Bed linen and towels provided.
Many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood and a quiet little beach around the corner, downtown Nice and the famous Promenade des Anglais within walking distance.
Airport is a 20-30 minutes taxi-ride, train station 20 minutes, highway 15 minutes.
