San Miguel Holidays - Our beautiful apartment in the El Galan area of San Miguel de Salinas, is located close to the famous Villamartin golf course and also near to other golf course including Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The apartment is in a quiet location, yet close to all amenities, you are only ten minutes from lovely shops, beach and supermarket, with Murcia (San Javier) airport just 20 minutes drive away and Alicante a mere 35 minutes.

The apartment has one bedroom with a single and a double bed and is located at the end of a block on the first floor, it has a good quality sofa bed and is able to sleep up to 5 people.

The open plan lounge / kitchen / diner has a double sofa bed, English TV, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath (with shower), WC and hand basin. The lounge leads out onto a balcony enjoying lovely views over communal gardens and also sea views. Outside there is a beautiful communal pool with a shallow children's pool.

Prices:- October to May - 135 euros per week, June to September - 235 euros per week.

Long term rentals may be possible for 350 euros per month plus bills
