We are situated in a lovely and convenient part of the La Marina. We are only 5mins walk from the bars, restaurants supermarkets and banks, 2 mins walk to the local market and 5mins drive to blue flagged beach and pine forest ideal for picnics or just walking the dog. 3mins walk there is a lovely nature park that you can walk for hours. Local buses take you to all the nearby towns and attractions for a very small charge saving you having the problem of driving and parking. 2mins walk beside the market SPORT.RESORT EUROSPORT are building a large complex if you go to www.sportresort.es you can see the plans and photos for this. This can be used by yourselves and lettings.
The property is coming fully furnished including 42 inch plasma tv. As photos will show you it is all top quality furniture. We have cable tv which is only 145 euros a year also the apartment has cable for no extra charge. This included over 40 channels and no tv licence.
