A delightful and beautifully presented villa set within its own gardens of lawn and terrace with private pool and sea view. Five minutes by car or 18 minutes walk to Begur and five to ten minutes drive to the golden sand beach and coastal village of Sa Riera where you will find a choice of excellent waterfront restaurants.
Facilities include air conditioning and sat tv with UK channels.
Casa Romero is surrounded by mature gardens and has a raised terrace with views of Begur and the castle. There is a covered terrace extending from the living room and a built-in barbecue. At the side of the villa is a lawned area leading to a private swimming pool with surrounding terrace.

Casa Alfora- A fantastic family holiday villa with direct sea and country views in a peaceful location, yet close to the charming medieval town of Begur. The kids will love the large private pool with diving board! Casa Alfora was refurbished in 2008 and has very good accommodation on one level with direct access to the pool, terraces and garden. Facilities include air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a wood burning stove making it suitable for year round rentals.
The nearest beach is SA RIERA, just 5-10 mins away by car which has a deep sandy bay with waterfront restaurants.
Accommodation: Casa Alfora offers great holiday accommodation for two families. The bedrooms and bathrooms are either side of the spacious living area with glass doors to the full width covered terrace; a wonderful outside living area with views of the pool, countryside and sea. A large built in bbq is within easy access from the kitchen and living area.
5 bedrooms sleeping 10 people.
2 double, one with sea views.
1 twin.
2 singles with pullout bed.
2 bathrooms, shower room and cloakroom.
Well equipped kitchen with central island. Dishwasher. coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board, fridge/freezer. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.
The villa can be approached on either side of the house by gated steps to the enclosed garden which offers a good level of privacy.
The swimming pool is surrounded by lawn and has two sun terraces with an additional secluded terrace at the back of the house. Sun beds and garden furniture are provided and including dining tables and chairs. The pool is easily seen from the indoor living area. Parking available outside the villa.
An English couple look after Casa Alfora and they live in Begur so are on hand if needed. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included. Beach towels/cot/highchair can be hired. Sleeps 10.

Detached 4 Bedroom Villa in Llafranc
Luxury villa of new construction within walking distance of the chic resort of Llafranc. South facing with private pool and excellent sea views. All finished to a very high standard.
The nearby resort of Llafranc has a golden sand crescent shaped beach and small marina with an extensive choice of restaurants and cafes along the promenade. The views from the villa extend over Llafranc and the coastline to Calella de Palafrugell. The driving distance to Llafranc is 800m and there are shorter routes if walking.
The villa is on three levels as follows:
Electric gates provide convenient access to a garage where there is a shower room convenient for the pool. On this level is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and lovely views with access to the terrace, garden and pool.
First Floor:
The living area has a wood burning stove and two seating areas; one with TV (sat with UK channels) and a dining area. Two sets of doors lead to the terrace with seating for alfresco dining with `plancha` (hotplate for outdoor cooking).
The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, laundry area and large fridge/freezer with ice machine. Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, hob.
A double bedroom has an adjoining shower room and there is a twin bedroom and adjacent bathroom.
Second Floor:
Master bedroom with walk-in closet en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with table and chairs.
In total there are 4 bedrooms, two of which could be considered as being master bedroom suites.

Private pool, several terraces and a lawned area.
The garden is enclosed and safe for children. Sea views.
