Cabo Roig Apartment -
Located in Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa this fine apartment has everything that you could possibly want from a comfortable, stylish, modern apartment. Near to all the local facilities, and just a short drive from the beautiful town of Torrevieja, the apartment is within easy reach of blue flag beaches, bars, restaurants and three championship golf courses at Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. You can also sunbathe on the rooftop solarium all year round. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and can be booked for less than 7 days, or more than 14 days, if required. Bookings may also be accepted on a Tuesday to Tuesday basis, or starting on any other weekday.

The apartment is located in an area which is extremely easy to get to. There are plenty of 'no frills' airlines or charter airlines that arrive at either Murcia Airport (San Javier) or Alicante (El Altet). San Javier at Murcia is the nearest to the apartment and often works out to be the cheapest, as airport landing fees are generally less expensive at this airport.
Flights should cost no more than £150 peak season and as low as £60 low season for return flights.
With your permission, I can eaily check flights on the internet and get back to you with the best deals currently available. Upon acceptance, I can also book your flights for you if required.
Prices for the apartment are as follows:
Low season (November, December, January and February) - £130
Mid season (March, April, May and October) - £230
High season (June, July, August and September) - £300
Additional days are: £30 (low season), £35 (mid season), £40 (high season)
Hire of the remote control for the air conditioning is €50 for 1 week or €80 for 2 weeks.
The apartment can sleep up to six people and the price is per week. For more than four persons, there is a surcharge of just £50 (€75). Bookings may also be accepted on a Tuesday to Tuesday basis, or starting on any other weekday. Please vacate the room by 10:00am on the last day, or pay just £20 (€30) to keep the room until the next day - ideal for evening flights.
If you do not intend to hire a car, you can be picked up from Murcia (15 minutes by car) for €25, or from Alicante (45 minutes by car) for €45.
