Rental Apartment in Algorfa Costa Blanca
Algorfa Rental - This fine new 2 bedroom apartment is very private and situated on the ground floor of a small complex (Fontana) in Algorfa on the southern Costa Blanca, a lovely Spanish town nestling in the mountains and surrounded by orange and lemon groves.
It has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The tiled bathroom has a shower, bath and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and toaster. The comfortable and spacious lounge has a television and leads out onto a large patio area for private sunbathing.
There is a large communal adult / child swimming pool on the complex available for everyone to use. Algorfa has supermarkets, a tobacconists, Post Office, banks and a good range of various other shops, English and Spanish bars and restaurants, there is also a sports centre, tennis club and swimming pool close to the complex.
There are numerous beautiful white sandy beaches with clear waters within easy reach - Guardamar del Segura being the nearest. The nearest Golf Course is in La Finca and is an 18 hole course and is just five minutes drive away (a handicap certificate is needed). Also within a half hours drive are the 3 courses of the Orihuela Costa - Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
With its new beautiful promenade Torrevieja is just ten minutes away by car and so are a large number of large shopping complexes. There are also many small villages nearby which have various types of restaurants and individual qualities to suit all tastes. There are markets in different towns on each day for the shopaholics!
Price Guide:- November to March - £125 one week, £175 two weeks, April to June - £150 one week, £200 two weeks, July to October - £175 one week, £225 two weeks.
Weekends and long weekends considered, long term contracts can be arranged. Smokers are respectfully requested to smoke outside. Guests are requested to please use their own towels for the beach.
