Algorfa Holiday Rental - 2 Bedroom Apartment for Rent - My name is Paul Fox and I am offering you the opportunity to rent my lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the Fontana complex located in the small Spanish village of Algorfa on the sunny Costa Blanca, Spain. The apartment is within easy driving distance of both Alicante and Murcia airports and is ideally located to explore the whole of the Costa Blanca region. The apartment is safe and secure within a gated community and is next to beautiful open countryside, filled with lemon and orange groves, from the balcony of the apartment there are good views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.
The Fontana development consists of 4 blocks of apartments set around a fine communal swimming pool and beautifully landscaped walkways, entry is by way of an attractive wrought iron gateway or alternatively through a secure underground car park where you will have the use of your own dedicated parking space. Lifts are available, and my apartment is located on the 3rd floor (Atico) and has a private balcony and also a private solarium area, reached by way of a spiral staircase.
The apartment has hot and cold air-conditioning so you will be comfortable whether you visit during the hot summer months or the cooler winter period. The apartment has 2 bedrooms ( a double and a twin) and also a sofa-bed in the lounge, making it possible to sleep up to 6 people in comfort. The apartment also features an American style kitchen (with oven, hob and fridge/freezer), entrance hall, utility area, lounge / dining room, bathroom (with shower, bath, WC, sink and bidet) and balcony. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a great holiday including bed linen and towels (not beach towels), pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.
Getting to the Apartment
The village of Algorfa is approximately forty minutes drive from both airports (Murcia and Alicante) and both are well served by the economy airlines. You can arrive at the apartment any day you wish (subject to availability) and for as many days as you like.
The Surrounding Area
As Algorfa is an inland village you will need a car to get to the nearest beaches, these are located in the town of Guardamar del Segura which has some fantastic sandy beaches and is around a 15-20 minute drive. Other activities that you can enjoy whilst in the area include golf (the La Finca Golf Club is very near to the apartment), angling (freshwater and sea), water sports, walking and sightseeing, there is also a tennis club, swimming pool and sports facilities just a short walk from the apartment. Eating out is very cheap with set menus from as little as £5 (including wine).
Algorfa Holiday Rental - Prices for rental of the apartment in £'s and Euros
Escape from the miserable British winter special rates - only £300 or 440 Euros for any 4 week period between November and March
Off Peak Season:- September to April £130 or 200 Euros per week (or £20 / 30 Euros per day if staying for periods of less or more than a week)
Mid Season: May to June £180 or 250 Euros per week (or £25 / 40 Euros per day)
High Season: July and August £200 or 300 Euros per week (or £28 / 43 Euros per day)
Winter breaks: Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, April (minimum 1 month booking) only £300 or 450 Euros PER MONTH
We have to make an extra modest charge for the cleaning of the apartment so that it is all ready for our next visitors ( you will be required to leave an envelope containing 35 euros for this purpose). You can book a small starter pack containing 1 carton of milk, 1 bottle of water, 1 carton of orange juice, 1 loaf of bread, 1 Flora, 6 eggs, 1 small fruit pack, 1 bottle each of red and white wine - the cost of this pack is 10 euros.

Payment
